Bread & Broth: Every Wednesday, March 12th – April 9th at 5:45 pm
Join us every Wednesday starting March 12 through April 9th at 5:45 pm for Bread & Broth. Enjoy a meal of soup and bread while engaging in fellowship, then we’ll have a discussion around the assigned chapters from the book, The Screwtape Letters, by C.S. Lewis. While reading the book is not necessary to take part in the Wednesday night discussions, doing so will enhance your experience. You can purchase the book online or download a free version to read on your computer.
Reading Assignments
Bread & Broth Week 1 – Wednesday, March 12 at 5:45. Prepare ahead (if able): Read pages 1-7 in the “Lenten Companion to The Screwtape Letters” booklet, and chapters 1-4 in The Screwtape Letters.
Bread & Broth Week 2 – Wednesday, March 19 at 5:45. Prepare ahead (if able): Read chapters 5-7 in The Screwtape Letters.
Bread & Broth Week 3 – Wednesday, March 26 at 5:45. Prepare ahead (if able): Read chapters 8-12 in The Screwtape Letters.
